Frequently Asked Questions

The application process is simple and can be completed online or in person. Once you’ve chosen a home you like, chat with someone on our sales team to schedule a virtual or in-person tour.

Common area cleaning service is provided weekly. The cleaning service will only clean the common areas of the apartment. Our cleaning team is dedicated and, together with your cooperation, can provide a clean and comfortable living environment for you (and your roommates).

Our sales team will attend to your request and will respond as soon as possible with the available options. Room transfers cost €50 + VAT and €150 + VAT to another property for cleaning and disinfection of the room.

Most of our apartments have electronic digital key systems. For those apartments that do not have this system, you can pick up the keys at our offices. You will find the check-in times and address in our confirmation email when you confirm your reservation.

Our community members come from all over the world and are made up of a diverse group of (Master’s) students and young professionals between the ages of 21-35.

  • Respect others living in the apartment.
  • Damages due to negligence will be paid by the tenant(s)
  • Products at the end of their useful life with normal use will be replaced by us
  • Respect your neighbours living in the building.
  • Change and throw away the rubbish immediately when it is full.
  • Clean the kitchen and bathroom after use.
  • Each tenant has a private shelf in the fridge and a drawer in the kitchen area.
  • Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside area.
  • No loud noises after 22:00
