Room transfers within the same property have a fee of €50 + VAT, while moving to another property has a fee of €150 + VAT, which covers cleaning and disinfection of your new space.

Most of our properties are equipped with digital key systems, allowing you to access your room using your mobile phone or a secure code.
If your property does not yet have this system, you can collect the keys from our office.
All check-in details and office information will be included in your booking confirmation email.
